Authenticity of reviews

AN Furniture Store values genuine customer opinions. Product reviews on our website come from customers who purchased the item from us or whom we can verifiably identify as buyers.

How reviews are created

Reviews can be submitted after a purchase.
We do not publish invented reviews and do not pay third parties to write positive reviews.
Critical reviews are not deleted solely because of their content.

Labelling and moderation

Where required by law or platform rules, we indicate when a review is from a verified buyer. Unlawful, insulting or clearly abusive content may be removed.
