Ondi children's bed: the wave bed with upholstered backrest

Ondi is our wave bed – a low, upholstered floor bed with a wave-shaped backrest. The flowing contour sets a clear contrast to the cloud profile of Nuvi: the same idea of a designer floor bed, a different backrest shape. The front stays open for getting in, without a ladder.

You can configure the sleeping surface, bed side (left/right) as well as fabric and colour from Glam, Perfecto, Lambi and Quelle. For all-round side protection and a mattress included, see Ylvi.

What makes the Ondi children's bed special

Wave-shaped backrest
Gently curved frame

Manufacturer information on assembly and dimensions (Ondi / wave bed)

Gently curved like a little wave! 🌊☁️ Ondi turns the children's room into a cosy dream world where your child can cuddle, play and fall asleep completely relaxed. The headboard, up to 60 cm high, and the wave-shaped frame, which runs from 20 cm to 40 cm in height, enfold your child like a soft nest. The 10 cm thick side panels made of high-quality T28 foam are rounded and give a safe, secure feeling. The bed comes with a 16 cm high mattress made of T25 foam, on which little dreamers lie wonderfully comfortably. The covers of the bed and mattress are removable and very easy to clean. Thanks to the non-slip fabric on the underside, the mattress stays nicely in place. 🤍

Dimensions and available sizes

Sleeping surface width: 90, 100, 110 or 120 cm. Sleeping surface length: 160 or 180 cm. Bed side: left or right. This lets you align Ondi with the wall, window and walkways in the children's room. The exact outer dimensions follow the selected variant; the dimension drawing and attribute selection on the product are authoritative.

Fabrics in detail: Glam, Lambi and Quelle

You choose the cover and colour on the product page. Manufacturer descriptions are available for the Glam, Lambi and Quelle collections. Perfecto can still be selected as a fabric option; there is no separate description text for it in this media package.

Glam fabric

Glam combines softness and fluffiness with a modern look. The dense, firm structure looks high-quality; the three-dimensional surface unites modern design with a cosy character. The colours are harmoniously matched. Thanks to the stain-repellent finish, liquids do not penetrate the fabric as quickly. Glam is more abrasion-resistant than average.

Lambi fabric

Lambi is a bouclé fabric with a pleasant feel. It combines high comfort for lying and sitting with practical functionality. Thanks to its high abrasion resistance, the fabric stays well-kept even after prolonged use.

Quelle fabric

Quelle is a soft bouclé fabric with a fine loop structure. It feels pleasantly warm and is high-quality and hard-wearing – even with daily use in the children's room. Quelle is available in many harmonious colours.

The wave backrest is the hallmark of Ondi. It looks more dynamic than the cloud shape of Nuvi and different from the tall classic backrest of Lumi – with the same idea of an open upholstered floor bed.

Choose fabrics and colours individually

Glam, Perfecto, Lambi and Quelle are available in the enabled colours. Images are examples; what is delivered is your selection. This keeps the wave bed colour-coordinated with curtains, rug and other upholstered furniture.

Mattress and scope of delivery

Ondi comes with the matching mattress – soft and ready for cosy nights. Product photos show the bed already dressed; matching cushions such as Ball or Star are optional in Decorative cushions.

Made in Poland

Ondi is made in Poland – with care in the finish and a cover you can remove in everyday life. Quality and care stay close to the children’s room.

Configure Ondi

Choose sleeping size, fabric and colour. The bed side (left or right) sets which side of the room the wave backrest faces – so the walkway stays clear and windows, doors or a bedside table keep their space. Other models: Nuvi, Zoya and the kids’ beds category.

Why Ondi is the wave bed

Ondi carries the wave backrest as its central design feature. The contour looks more flowing and dynamic than the cloud of Nuvi, but follows the same product logic: floor bed, open entry, selectable bed side, fabrics from Glam to Quelle. So you can decide between cloud and wave without changing the rest of the concept.

Compared with Ylvi, Ondi stays more open at the side; compared with Lumi, the wave shape dominates instead of the classic tall backrest.

Dimensions: length 160 or 180 cm

Ondi offers widths of 90, 100, 110 or 120 cm and lengths of 160 or 180 cm. This clearly sets Ondi apart from Nuvi (lengths 180/200 cm): if you need a slightly shorter sleeping surface, you will find the 160 cm option with Ondi. Check the space and the depth of the room before choosing.

The bed side, left or right, aligns the wave backrest with the wall and walkways – just like with Nuvi, only with a different profile.

Furnishing and accessories

You choose fabric and colour on the product. Images are examples. Ball, Star or Cloud from the Decorative cushions range make decorative additions. The mattress is included; the photos show the sleeping surface with the included mattress.

Configure Ondi

Set the sleeping surface (width/length), bed side, fabric and colour, check the price, add to the cart. More models in the category Children's beds, including Zoya with a fixed 150 × 200 cm sleeping surface.

Ordering Ondi: quick checklist

Before buying: measure the space, decide on length 160 or 180 cm, choose the bed side left/right, set fabric and colour, check the variant price. Then add to the cart. The wave backrest should sit where it shapes the room – not block the way to the door.

Unsure between wave and cloud? Compare directly with Nuvi. For all-round side protection and a mattress included, Ylvi remains the alternative.

Ondi and the children's room setup

As a wave bed, Ondi is especially suitable when the backrest should remain visible as a design element – for example on a free side of a wall. The open front keeps the entry low. Fabric and colour tie the bed in with curtains, rug and other upholstery. This creates a coherent setup without you having to guess dimensions: everything follows the enabled variants on the product.
