Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional.

Prawo odstąpienia

You have the right to withdraw od this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days od the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AN Furniture Store, owner: Natalia Grygier, Wittekamp 31, 30163 Hannover, email: info@an-store.de) of your decision to withdraw od this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw od this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received od you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting od your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay i at the latest within fourteen days od the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay i in any event not later than fourteen days od the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For bulky goods (e.g. beds) return costs may be substantial; please contact us before returning.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting od handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics i functioning of the goods.
